Honouree: Dr. Christine Col
Move RX Performance & Wellness

鈥淟ife is 10% what happens to you, and 90% of how you react to it.鈥 Dr. Christine Col

Christine Col is founder and clinic director of Move RX Performance and Wellness. She holds a Doctor of Chiropractic, Bachelor of Kinesiology, is a certified FRC Mobility Specialist, and is a multi-year weightlifting champion. A high performer and achiever, Christine has a strong drive that extends into leadership at the clinic. She wants to see everyone succeed and does all she can to ensure her team is supported in all avenues through encouraging a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Christine volunteers and coaches the Special Olympics Powerlifting team, provides support for the Okanagan鈥檚 Mens Basketball Team and therapy support at sporting events in the city, and is on the board of 91大黄鸭 Women in Business. As a woman business owner in the community, Christine mentors women entrepreneurs and values having the opportunity to help other female business owners succeed.

Honouree: Melissa Grassmick

鈥淎dvocate for what you need - your health, your community, your family - if you don't, no one will do it for you. Create positive change at every opportunity.鈥 Melissa Grassmick
