Many business around the Okanagan took home awards at the 13th Annual BDO LLP Thompson Okanagan Commercial Building Awards.

The awards took place on Thursday, Sept. 27 at the Coast Capril Hotel in 91´ó»ÆѼ.

In total, there were 37 finalists at the event, which celebrates the best commercial, industrial, community and multi-family buildings across the entire Okanagan.

One of the most prestigious awards is the Judges’ Choice Best Overall award, which was won by Okanagan College 91´ó»ÆѼ Student Residences.

Additionally, 91´ó»ÆѼ's Bird Construction won the Award of Excellence in the Affordable Housing category.

Hospitality & Tourism: Revelry Food + Music Hub - 91´ó»ÆѼ;

Industrial: Rose Valley Water Treatment Plant - West 91´ó»ÆѼ;

Multi-Family Condominium: 450 Parc - 91´ó»ÆѼ;

Multi-Family Townhome: The Monarch - Vernon;

Office: Landmark 7 - 91´ó»ÆѼ;

Purpose Built Rental: The Arbour Phase II - 91´ó»ÆѼ;

Retail: Sweláps Market - Kamloops.
