Lake Country residents invited to do-si-do with Vernon's Star Country Squares

Lake Country residents are invited to get loose with Vernon's Star Country Square. 

The Vernon dance club is celebrating 25 years in business and wants to spread the love of square dancing with beginner drop-in classes. 

Social Square Dance is a condensed program featuring modern square dance moves. 

Sessions are being hosted at the Vernon Recreation Complex on Thursdays at 7 p.m starting Jan. 23. Classes are $10 with no registration required. 

The program is for anyone aged 12 or older. Youth must be accompanied by an adult.
