Feathers may be flying in Armstrong this weekend.
At the very least, the feathers will be fancy and plentiful.
The Vernon Pigeon and Poultry Club hosts its annual Fall Featherfest Saturday, Oct. 14, from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Horticulture Building on the Interior Provincial Exhibition Fair Grounds.
There will be 130 heritage poultry for viewing, including 24 different breeds, and there will be 100 pigeons from the racing, fancy and flying breeds.
Fall Featherfest is free to the public.
