Osoyoos鈥� beloved Cactus Jalopies car show will be taking a break after bringing over 10,000 people to the community in 2023.
The car show shared to social media on Jan. 2, that it wouldn鈥檛 be returning for 2024.
鈥淲e hope to have a show in 2025, but the small team needs a rest,鈥� the post reads.
The car show, which ran over four days in June of 2023, saw around 600 classic cars of all shapes and sizes park along Osoyoos Lake.
Beyond the cars, there was also a motocross show, and even the hosts of Rust Valley Restorers appeared with their own rides.
With all of the attendees and participants, the show helped contribute an estimated $1.5 million to the local economy.
