The community helped cram not just one but two kennels full of food for the SPCA in Penticton over the weekend.
The donation drive on Sunday (Dec. 3) was a big success, with an additional $907.10 in donations on top of the kennels full of food and pet supplies.
People making donations were able to meet with police service dog 鈥淒ug,鈥� victim services dog 鈥淏enny,鈥� SPCA representatives and Citizens on Patrol volunteers.
The fundraiser was hosted at Cherry Lane Mall in Penticton. All the donations go to support the local SPCA.
