Tune-Agers putting on winter concert in Penticton

Enjoy both Christmas and non-Christmas seasonal favourites

The Penticton Tune-Agers choir and orchestra is inviting people to join them for the holidays on Dec. 2.

The Winter Wanderings show will take listeners through both Christmas and non-Christmas seasonal favourites.

The concert will also be a chance to meet the choir and orchestra鈥檚 new director, Kelsey Zachary.

Some of the songs set to be featured at the concert include 鈥淐hattanooga Choo Choo鈥, 鈥淭he Prayer,鈥 鈥淐hristmas Feeling鈥, the medley 鈥淪anta at the Symphony鈥 and 鈥淏arcarolle鈥 among others.

The show caps off with a singalong the audience is encouraged to join in.

The concert will be held at Penticton United Church, 696 Main Street at 2 p.m., with the doors opening at 1:30 p.m.

Tickets are $15, or $5 for those under 12, and are available from Tune-Agers members, Dragon鈥檚 Den on Front Street in Penticton, Bee鈥檚 Knees Yarn Shop in Summerland and at the door.
