The popular Wilson M. Beck Charity Golf Tournament and online auction is back for another year to support the YMCA of Southern Interior BC.

鈥淭his is one of our favourite events,鈥� Steven Pavelich, senior partner at WMB Insurance Services 91大黄鸭 explained. 鈥淚t鈥檚 incredibly humbling to know you are helping provide opportunities that will make someone鈥檚 life better and set them up for success, especially children and youth in our community.鈥�
 
Pavelich served on the YMCA board of directors for seven years.

The auction runs from July 2 to 26, and the 14th annual golf tournament will be held on July 22. All funds raised stay local and will go directly towards supporting families in need.

Golf packages, dining experiences, vacations, and fishing gear are some of the many items up for bid.

鈥淥ur team always feels a great sense of pride partnering with the Y,鈥� Pavelich added. 鈥淥ur intention has always been to work closely with a charity we could embrace, one that shares our values of caring for and protecting those less fortunate. We look forward to this event every year.鈥�
