It's likely to be the biggest 50/50 jackpot in the history of Habitat for Humanity Okanagan (HFHO).

Recently, the jackpot grew by $12,000 over 24 hours and is still growing. As of June 10 it was $65,000.

鈥淎 jackpot frenzy has begun as we get closer to our draw date," said Danielle Smith, director of resource development. "Our focus now is selling out this lottery if we can.鈥�

Funds raised will help HFHO's efforts to address the growing housing crisis. The more tickets sold, the bigger the jackpot and the more the organization will be able to help local families achieve their dream of affordable home ownership.

Buyers can choose five tickets for $25, 20 tickets for $50 or 100 tickets for $100. 

The jackpot draw will be held on Tuesday, July 2 2024 at 2:00 p.m. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone with instructions on how to claim their prize.
