Boil Water Notice for Bulyea Area

A precautionary boil water notice is in place for properties south of the 6300 block of Bulyea Avenue and Stuart Crescent north in Peachland following a water main break on Sunday (Mar. 30).

Water service was temporarily disrupted for these properties during the repair of the main. Impacted residents should bring water to a boil for at least one minute before drinking it or using for cooking, making ice, washing food or brushing teeth. 

Water samples will be sent for testing and, when two consecutive test results indicate the system is working appropriately, the notice will be lifted.

Motorists can expect single-lane alternating traffic between Turner and Lipsett avenues between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. until April 2.
