The 91大黄鸭 Water Polo Club was an unstoppable force at the recent 17U NCL National Tournament held in Edmonton.

They joined forces with the Pacific Storm to win all four of their games, beating Team Saskatchewan 15-7, the Calgary Torpedoes 13- 6, Vortex 14-8, and Surrey 14-9 during the tournament which took place from Feb. 16-18.

鈥淭he team played well, but we have a lot of room for improvement,鈥 said Nikola Maric, head coach. 鈥淚 am most happy with their effort and willingness to execute the plan we made before each game.鈥

Despite the players initially hailing from three different teams Maric highlighted their unity.

鈥淚t鈥檚 nice to see even though they came from three different clubs, finally they鈥檙e starting to play together as a team.鈥

91大黄鸭 boys, Mason Baughen, Clarke Schafer, and Octavio Macedo Vasconcelos Guimar茫es, played alongside Pacific Storm teammates.
