A two-building commercial development is being proposed for the Airport Business Park.
Each building would contain three warehouse-general industrial units covering just over 22,800 square feet.
The project is planned for 2180 Optic Court, at the north end of the park, just off Pier Mac Way.
In documents submitted to city hall, the developer is asking to reduce the number of trees required for landscaping to zero from 22.
