Homes in 91´ó»ÆѼ, Lake Country up for grabs in Hometown Heroes Lottery

Both grand prizes are valued over $2.5 million

Want your chance to win a dream home in the Okanagan while supporting a good cause?

Now if your shot as the 2025 Hometown Heroes Lottery launched on Thursday, April 17, with all proceeds going to the VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation and the BC Professional Fire Fighters’ Burn Fund.

There are 10 grand prize homes from across the province available to win, with two of them being in 91´ó»ÆѼ and Lake Country.

The 91´ó»ÆѼ home is located in the Trailhead by the Ponds neighbourhood, more especially 1062 Emslie Street. The home comes with three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a two-car garage, an in-ground pool and is 3,378 square feet in size. Valued at more than $2.5 million, the prize also includes:

  • A 2025 BMW X5 xDrive 50e;
  • Over $60,000 in furnishings;
  • A LAGREE 91´ó»ÆѼ one year fitness membership for two or $6,000 cash;
  • A LAGREE 91´ó»ÆѼ $800 gift card or $500 cash;
  • $340,000 cash.

Meanwhile, the home is Lake Country is Unit #17 9201 Okanagan Centre Road West located in Lake Country Villas. The home is 2,897 square feet in size with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a two-car tandem-style garage. This grand prize is also worth more than $2.5 million and includes:

  • A 2025 Ford F-150 Lightning Crew Cab;
  • A 2025 ATX 22 Type-S Boat;
  • $25,000 Travel Best Bets gift cards;
  • $40,000 cash for furniture;
  • A LAGREE 91´ó»ÆѼ one year fitness membership for two or $6,000 cash;
  • A LAGREE 91´ó»ÆѼ $800 gift card or $500 cash;
  • $750,000 cash.

Other grand prizes homes are located in South Surrey, Langley, Maple Ridge, Vancouver (x2), Sooke, and Courtenay.

Tickets prices vary from $75-$500. They can be found on the Hometown Heroes Lottery  and are on sale until July 10 at midnight.
