A 361-unit rental apartment development has been proposed for 91大黄鸭鈥檚 North Central neighbourhood.
Denciti Developments has applied to rezone 12 properties between D鈥橝njou and Richmond streets on the north side of Bernard Avenue to build two, six-storey apartments.
Plans submitted to city hall include a shared amenity lounge with kitchen, dining and entertainment facilities, a fitness facility, an outdoor courtyard, a rooftop deck, a pet wash station, a bike repair station, and a workshop.
Modo has confirmed they would enter an agreement to provide two car-share stalls, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure will be provided to those stalls and some residential stalls in the parkade.
鈥淲e are confident this proposal is consistent with the objectives of the Official Community Plan and will complement the neighbourhood and support the city鈥檚 growth,鈥 a submission letter states.
The development is yet to be presented to 91大黄鸭 council.
