A six-storey apartment building planned for Glenmore Village Centre will be up for approval at 91大黄鸭 council on Jan. 20.
Council will consider approving a development permit for the rental only project at 305 Drysdale Boulevard, at the corner of Glen Park Drive. The building will have 66 rental apartments, including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, and two levels of underground parking.
Amenities include a gathering room on the main floor, community gardens, an outdoor kitchen, a sauna and a dog run.
A permit was approved for a six-storey, 37-unit development for the site in 2022, however, it expired.
