A vehicle has stalled heading north on the William R. Bennett Bridge. 

DriveBC is reporting traffic travelling into 91大黄鸭 has been reduced to one lane. 

Traffic is backed up on Highway 97 to Boucherie Road in West 91大黄鸭.
