鈥淲e didn鈥檛 want to sacrifice quality of food because it was a pub,鈥� noted Rayburn.
House-made burgers, pizza鈥檚 and flatbreads are made using vegetables grown on the hotel franchise鈥檚 own farm 鈥� ingredients that are not homegrown, are purchased locally whenever possible.
鈥淥kanagan Fruit is incorporated in a couple of our dinner selections that you will have you coming back,鈥� added Rayburn.
鈥淣othing beats fresh and we grow our own herbs used in the preparation of our menu items. From our Fish & chips made with our own beer batter from our craft beers, to potatoes from our farm and Oceanwise seafood, we take great pride in combining sustainability with local ingredients for pub favourites.鈥�
In addition to using locally infused flavours, there鈥檚 an undeniable fun factor at the 97th Street Pub. While there are surprises coming this fall, the pub currently features 16 TVs, and fun happening each night of the week.
