91´ó»ÆѼ Mounties look for input on car crash that swept up pedestrian

"The pedestrian, a 29-year-old West 91´ó»ÆѼ man, was rushed by Emergency Health Services to hospital with serious injuries."

RCMP are continuing their investigation into a two vehicle crash involving a pedestrian early yesterday evening.

On May 16 at 6:50 p.m., the West 91´ó»ÆѼ RCMP and 91´ó»ÆѼ Municipal Traffic Services responded to a report of a two vehicle crash at the intersection of Dobbin Road (Highway 97) and Old Okanagan Highway.

"Police have learned from witnesses on scene that two vehicles, a black Mercedes GLK35 and a blue Ford F-150, collided in the intersection causing one of the vehicles to spin out of control and strike a pedestrian rendering him unconscious," said Const. Jesse O'Donaghey, in a press release.

"The pedestrian, a 29-year-old West 91´ó»ÆѼ man, was rushed by Emergency Health Services to hospital with serious injuries."

The drivers of both vehicles involved in the collision remained at the scene and are co-operating with the investigation.

A Collision Re-Constructionist was called to the scene and the investigation is ongoing which will include a full mechanical inspection of the Ford F-150.
