An 18-year-old 91大黄鸭 man and a Surrey woman were arrested May 27 by 91大黄鸭 RCMP and are facing criminal charges after being performing obscene acts in a stranger鈥檚 hot tub.

RCMP Const. Jesse O鈥橠onaghey said the teenager turned himself into police, and has been released on strict conditions after appearing before a judicial justice of the peace.

The surveillance video showed the couple consuming alcohol and engaging in physical relations. It also shows the couple trying to steal an electronic device.

O鈥橠onaghey said the woman was also released on a promise-to-appear court document and is next expected in provincial court on Aug. 22.

Both are facing charges of trespassing at night, mischief, and theft under $5,000.

O鈥橠onaghey credited the homeowners with doing the right thing by contacting the police and turning over the video footage.

鈥淭hat was the right thing to do. A criminal offence is being committed here鈥�their rights have been violated and they did the right thing.鈥�
