It looks more money is heading UBC Okanagan's way.
A news conference has been called for the 91大黄鸭 campus Friday to announce what's being called "significant federal/provincial funding" that will benefit students, faculty and staff at the university.
The announcement will be made by 91大黄鸭-Lake Country MP Stephen Fuhr on behalf of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada Minister Navdeep Bains, and 91大黄鸭-Lake Country MLA Norm Letnick on behalf of B.C. Advanced Education Minister Andrew Wilkinson.
No details have been released yet as to how much money is being given, where its from or what it's for.
