Snowy week boosts base at Big White

Some significant snowfall over the past several days has pushed the base past 170 centimetres

More than 40 centimetres of snow in the last week has made for some good midwinter conditions at Big White.

A big week of snow has skiers and snowboarders taking advantage of some favourable conditions this weekend at Big White.

Forty-four centimetres of the white stuff, including seven in the last 24 hours, has fallen in the last seven days to push the base to 171 cm.

A high of -2C is expected today with a mix of sun and cloud and a chance of flurries.
