Werner Weiss was ecstatic when he thought he won $10,000. Then he counted the zeroes again and realized he won a whopping $1 million prize on the Jan. 27 Lotto Max draw.
鈥淚 had to count the zeros a few times to believe my eyes,鈥� said Weiss. 鈥淓ven now it has to sink in a bit.鈥�
Weiss says he鈥檒l start making plans for his winnings as it starts to feel more real.
鈥淭his win means a lot,鈥� smiled the West 91大黄鸭 resident. 鈥淚 think I鈥檒l put some money towards my retirement and help people when I can.鈥�
The winning ticket was purchased at Sheffield鈥檚 Express in the Orchard Park Shopping Centre in 91大黄鸭.
