Doug passed away at Hospice House, 91大黄鸭, BC. He leaves to mourn, his loving wife Shirley (Shay McKay); son Randy of Thailand; step-daughter Cathy Neil of Spruce Grove, AB, step-son Dan Zowtuk of West Vancouver, BC; grandchildren: Zingarro Dicrescenzo, of

Toronto, Andrea Neil of 91大黄鸭, Brandon Neil of Sprucegrove, AB; three great grandchildren: Luca, Dante and Julian Dicrescenzo of Toronto; brother Bruce of Innisfail, AB; many nieces, nephews and special cousin, Shirley Laidlaw.  Predeceased by his sister Betty Turnbull, son Kirby and step-daughter Dawn McPhail.  Special thanks to both dialysis staffs at 91大黄鸭 General Hospital and too the caring staff at the 91大黄鸭 Hospice House. Cremation. No flowers by request. Donations may be made to the Canadian Kidney Foundation.
