"I've had a great life!"
Lee started his climb on September 6, 1934. He reached the summit, his famous smile in place, on November 4, 2017.
Lee was very proud of his son, Kelley, daughter Barb and grandsons, Seth and Michael, who all loved him " to the moon and back".
Lee was loved and will be greatly missed by his extended family and many wonderful friends.
A celebration of life will be held at Lee and Barbara's home.
Friends are invited to drop in on November 17 between 1:00 and 5:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers , donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
