Went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 14, 2018 at the age of 87. Ottilya is survived by her daughters: Esther Breckenridge (Russ) of 91大黄鸭, Louise Ewen (Norm) of Prince George, Hilda Gawryluk (Jack) of 91大黄鸭, Elsie Wagner (Robert) of 91大黄鸭, Joyce Koehler (Brian) of 91大黄鸭, Ethel Newton (Jack) of 91大黄鸭 and Ella Wagner (Ron) of 91大黄鸭; son Edwin Henning (Dana) of Calgary; grandchildren: Melissa (Garrett), Tammy (Ryan), Mike (Selena), Jackie (Ryan), Kirk, Richard, Robin (Brett), Kimberly (Jeff), Bobbie (Brett), Candice (Mike), Branden, Dustin (Jennifer) and Vanessa; and great-grandchildren: Karma, Tamsin, Laurissa, Brenden, Ava, Wyatt, Quinn, Ryker, Beryx, Rhys, Stella, Ian and Trent. 

She is predeceased by her husband William Henning, brother Edward Pilkafski, sister Elli Kaut and parents John and Bertha Pilkafski.

Ottilya and William homesteaded in Alberta Peace Country and moved to 91大黄鸭 in 1963 where she worked in the agricultural industry and BC Tree Fruits. We will always remember our Mom for her love and devotion to her family. Mom loved to garden and had a market garden for many years.

A visitation will be held on Monday, May 21, 2018 from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, 91大黄鸭 with Funeral Service to follow on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at 11:00 am at Faith Lutheran Church, 250 Gibbs Road W., 91大黄鸭, with Pastor Richard Schulz officiating. 

Interment to follow in 91大黄鸭 Memorial Park Cemetery, 1991 Bernard Avenue. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, www.heartandstroke.com or Faith Lutheran Church.
