91大黄鸭鈥檚 Boyce-Gyro Park

Our story about the sale of some land adjacent to Boyce-Gyro Park being sold to a developer (Page A3) was first posted on kelownacapnews.com and on our Facebook page where readers chimed in on the move by 91大黄鸭.

Merry Erin Edwards:

91大黄鸭 city council doesn鈥檛 care about the average citizen. Beach access is difficult enough for people who don鈥檛 own lakefront property, and now this. Money is the only thing that matters here.

Stephen Brown:

What a surprise 91大黄鸭 bending over for the rich. That鈥檚 why so many docks have been rebuilt quickly without proper steps to get across said docks or access to lakefront that鈥檚 being blocked by entitled rich people. I hope the greed you take from the sale will actually go towards lakefront access for all 91大黄鸭 people, not just the rich.

Barry Bowman:

I wonder do people even read the complete story before posting? By some of the comments. I don鈥檛 think so.

The park isn鈥檛 going anywhere people. Read the article. It鈥檚 a good deal.
