To the editor:
If the City of 91大黄鸭 continues to allow disgusting, dirty vagrants to live, sleep on our city streets/parks, dump garbage, consume drugs, use the outdoors as a bathroom, and constantly harass tourists and my family then we won't have to worry about our downtown core, as it isn't even safe or enjoyable to spend time in that area right now.
Very sad as to what downtown 91大黄鸭 has become.
