It's an exciting weekend in sports to begin the final month of 2024.
91大黄鸭 Rockets
For the first time this season, it's a three-game weekend for the 91大黄鸭 Rockets but they'll be in a tough spot as they take on the top two teams in the Western Conference.
Coming off of a 9-1 win against Regina last Sunday, Dec. 1, the Rockets are in Everett on Friday night and in Victoria on Saturday and Sunday.
Going into the weekend, 91大黄鸭 sits ninth in the West with a record of 11-10-2-1. Meanwhile, Everett sits atop at 21-3-2-1 while Victoria is second at 15-8-3-2.
The Rockets have lost twice to Everett this season, 6-3 on Sept. 29 and 4-3 in overtime on Nov. 24. They've only played Victoria once so far and lost 2-1 on Sept. 21.
91大黄鸭 is without Tij Iginla, who is out for the season recovering from successful hip surgery. Andrew Cristall and Caden Price will be in the lineup this weekend before heading to Team Canada's World Juniors camp.
Game times this weekend are 7:05 p.m., 6:05 p.m., and 3:05 p.m.
West 91大黄鸭 Warriors
It's a one-game weekend for the Warriors and it's sure to be a special one at Royal LePage Place.
On Saturday, Dec. 7, the Warriors (9-10-5-2) host the Sherwood Park Crusaders (15-9-0-0) for their 17th annual Teddy Beat Toss night.
Those attending are encouraged to bring their stuffed animal or teddy bear and throw it onto the ice when the Warriors score their first goal of the game. All of them will go towards the Salvation Army and Stuffies for Seniors.

91大黄鸭 Chiefs
The 91大黄鸭 Chiefs set out for a two-game weekend.
On Friday, the Chiefs are at home, welcoming the Osoyoos Coyotes to Rutland Arena. Going into the weekend, 91大黄鸭 and Osoyoos are tied points-wise in the Bill Ohlhausen Division at 20 but the Coyotes (9-11-1-1) have a slight edge over the Chiefs (9-10-0-2).

The next day, 91大黄鸭 travels to Grand Forks to take on the Border Bruins at Jack Goddard Memorial Arena. Grand Forks is second in the Neil Murdoch Division at 15-4-2-0.
