Those up in the hills enjoying the first few weeks of winter were treated to a fireworks show on New Year's Day.
The Apex Mountain Resort, located about 45 minutes west of the Peach City, celebrated the start of 2025 with a colourful display in the sky on Tuesday night.
With the sounds of British band Coldplay playing in the back, ski hill staff posted a video of the show on social media.
