Who doesn鈥檛 love a good cup of coffee 鈥 especially one that helps support breast cancer research and advocacy?
Blenz Coffee is hosting its annual Coffee by Donation Day Tuesday, Oct. 17, in honour of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Any size of Blenz signature brewed coffee can be purchased by donation with all funds raised directly supporting breast cancer research and advocacy through the Canadian Cancer Society.

In addition to Coffee by Donation Day, Blenz has also turned their iconic yellow to-go cups pink in hopes of sparking conversations about breast cancer and encouraging meaningful discussions within the community. As a long-time partner of the Canadian Cancer Society for over a decade, Blenz has raised more than $140,000 to date through the Pink Cup Campaign to fund breast cancer research, early detection and screening advocacy, and patient support.
鈥淏reast Cancer Awareness Month is changing outcomes for people impacted by breast cancer,鈥 said Mona Naghizadeh, senior specialist of corporate partnerships for the Canadian Cancer Society. 鈥淣ow, 89 per cent of women and 80 per cent of men survive at least five years past their diagnosis. The breast cancer death rate in women has also been nearly cut in half.鈥
