91´ó»ÆѼ’s Glenmore community is now home to a new snake, the Knox Mountain Rocks Snake.

Named Knox, the snake is just a head currently and is waiting for community members to help him grow with painted rocks.

The project was started locally by Bonnie-Rose Brosnikoff.

The rock creature is located on the southeast side of Knox Mountain off of Boynton Place.

Rock snakes became increasingly popular over the pandemic. Other snakes in B.C. include Prince George’s Roxy, Greater Victoria’s Roxy, and Sylvestar of Vernon’s SilverStar Mountain.
