Patrons treated for minor injuries after a fight breaks out inside a downtown pub.

The 91大黄鸭 RCMP responded to reports of a fight in progress, involving multiple subjects, inside a pub located in the 1600 block of Ellis Street,  March 3  at 9:57 p.m.

"Witnesses reported that chairs were flying, and that a person had been thrown into a window. All of the fight participants fled the scene prior to police arrival," said Const. Jesse O'Donaghey, in a press release.

"Three of the subjects involved in the fight had reportedly departed in a vehicle which was located and stopped by police on Harvey Avenue near Kischner Road."

Two of the vehicles occupants a, 31-year-old 91大黄鸭 woman and a 23-year-old 91大黄鸭 man, were treated roadside by Emergency Health Services for minor injuries.

Police have determined, through witnesses and video surveillance footage at the scene that the fight involved as many as five individuals, who were seen pushing and punching each other.

Charges are not being recommended at this time.
