Alicia Ponich brings an impressive resum茅 to her role as the new executive director for the North Okanagan Neurological Association (NONA) Child Development Centre (CDC).

Ponich's career has shown a steadfast commitment to improving health outcomes, and fostering inclusive, supportive environments for children and families. Her leadership has considerably driven positive change, earning her a reputation as a dynamic and compassionate advocate for community well-being.

Ponich takes over from Helen Armstrong, who retired at the end of 2024.

Ponich will lead the CDC's strategic initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that empower children to reach their full potential. Her leadership will be key to advancing NONA's mission, and expanding its impact across the region.
