In the closest match-up on Saturday night (March 1), Brad Gushue and Team Canada held on to beat Team B.C. 5-3.
Team Northern Ontario and Team Alberta were tied 5-5 after seven ends but Northern Ontario dominated the final three ends, scoring four points on route to 9-5 win.
Team Manitoba - Dunstone scored in six of the eight ends played to beat Team Nunavut in their first game 13-2.
And in the highest score of the tournament so far, Team Manitoba - Carruthers put up 14 points as they beat Team Newfoundland and Labourer.
In the first slate of the day, two of the games came down to the wire while the other two weren't as close.
Down early, Team Prince Edward Island wasn't able to complete a comeback despite a late push as they fell 6-4 to Team Saskatchewan - McEwen.
Going into the ninth end, Team Nova Scotia, leading 3-2 at the time, decided to put the game away, collected two points in each of the last two sets to beat Team Saskatchewan 7-2.
Both played in the minimum eight sets, Team Alberta - Jacobs beat Team Yukon 10-3 and Team Ontario beat Team Quebec 11-4.
After two days, Team Canada, Team Manitoba - Dunstone, Team Northern Ontario, and Team Manitoba - Carruthers are all 2-0.
Day three of the games is the first day of all-day curling actions with three sets of games at 8:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m., all at Prospera Place.
