Another season of beach volleyball action has come to an end in the South Okanagan.
Teams within three different South Okanagan Volleyball Association (SOVA) divisions recently wrapped up their seasons at Skaha Beach in Penticton.
SOVA squads, ranging from competitive to recreation, battled in the season's final tournament for bragging rights and hardware.
With summer now in the rearview mirror, SOVA is looking ahead to its 2024-2025 indoor volleyball season.
Beach volleyball, however, has become popular locally even outside the association.
The sport has been featured at Skaha Beach during the Penticton Peach Festival over the last three years.
