The 91大黄鸭 Skating Club and Centre of Excellence will be hosting a 'Pop Concert' at 6 p.m. on Thursday, May 12 at the Capital News Centre.
This showcase of local talent will feature group performances from the club鈥檚 Junior Academy program through to elite competitive skaters鈥攂oth current as well as top skaters from the past several years.
There will also be very strong solo performances, including new competitive programs being debuted by some of Canada鈥檚 top young skaters.
The 91大黄鸭 Skating Club has ranked as a top training centre in Canada in recent years, and the concert will feature numerous provincial champions, as well as Canadian national champions and international competitors.
This marks the first performance for the public in the past 15 years for the local club.
Admission is by donation.
